Settings for E-mail
Communication Settings refer to Administration – Settings and Communication.
When the prompt of “Do you want to get e-mail addresses and enable autocomplete when entering e-mail addresses?” appears, it means that the e-mail addresses automatically complete when you start typing them into the To field. You can also choose whether you want to download e-mails automatically from e-mail accounts, and you can then choose between downloading every 5 minutes, every 10 minutes, every 15 minutes, and disable automatic download. Remember to tick the e-mail accounts to which you want this to apply.
In addition you have the ability to scan all outgoing e-mails for viruses and you can then choose to place the scan results on the content of this e-mail, or content. If you select the “Save as default for …” (name of company), these settings will apply to all users in the company.

Note: You will need to set up auto reply through your providers email access, as this is not supported within 24SevenOffice.
