Import field names for Sales opportunities

All columns that are to be imported must be formatted as text in the xl sheet, otherwise that column/field may not be imported into 24SevenOffice.

SalesOpportunityCloseDate Expected closing date. Format: 17.10.2015(dd.mm.yyyy)
SalesOpportunityCreatedDate Created date. Format: 17.10.2015(dd.mm.yyyy)
SalesOpportunityCustomerID Customer ID number the Sales opportunity shall be linked to
SalesOpportunityDescription Description – comment field. Note: If importing notes containing description/comments larger than 255 characters, the first Sales opportunity must then contain more than 255 characters in this field, otherwise this field will be limited to 255 characters and other Sales opportunities will be cut at 255 characters.
SalesOpportunityOwnerID Owner of the Sales opportunity i.e. our responsible. Must be an existing user of 24SevenOffice, and must be in format: First name + Surname or Employee ID number.
SalesOpportunityProbability Number for percentage probability.
SalesOpportunityProjectID Project ID to link Sales opportunity to Project
SalesOpportunityRejectionID Rejection ID. You will find the number at Administration>Settings>CRM>Sales opportunities
SalesOpportunitySourceID Source ID. You will find the number at Administration>Settings>CRM>Sales opportunities
SalesOpportunityStartDate Start date. Format: 17.10.2015(dd.mm.yyyy)
SalesOpportunityStatusID Status ID. Open = 1, Closed-Won=2, Closed-Lost=3.
SalesOpportunityStepID Step ID. You will find the number at Administration>Settings>CRM>Sales opportunities
SalesOpportunityTitle Title/heading for Sales opportunity
SalesOpportunityTypeID Type ID. You will find the number at Administration>Settings>CRM>Sales opportunities
